Abagail Showman is a young and vibrant artist based in Colorado, bringing her artistic flair to small-town brands and events through graphic design, painting, and multimedia skills. Her work explores community connectivity, outreach, and dives into the personal, emotional aspects of whatever project she is creating, whether independent or collaborative. As a recent graduate from Western Colorado University with a BA in Graphic Design, Showman made her mark by designing the Gunnison Creative District logo, painting a mural for the Mountaineer Marketplace and working as a graphic designer for WCU's Marketing Department. She demonstrated her skills by creating a thorough marketing package for Western's Art and Design Department, incorporating her unique designs and making informed decisions to enhance the department's promotional efforts. Showman's artworks go beyond just visual charm, seeking to establish emotional bonds with viewers by delving into personal memories and bridging the gap between small businesses and broader audiences.
